Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thedeckdock.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products from NavyCow Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this Site. Accounts are optional. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Products & Orders

We sell custom 3D-printed deck boxes and related accessories. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

5. Shipping & Returns

Risk of loss for products passes to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Content (Reviews & Comments)

The Site may permit users to post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant NavyCow Designs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for promotional and operational purposes.

You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate intellectual property rights.
To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Site.
To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site for violating any prohibited use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, and software, is the property of NavyCow Designs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NavyCow Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NavyCow Designs, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
