Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included parts or accessories.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process

1. Contact us at ashu@navycow.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
